Can I change the email address I used to create my account?

At the moment, it’s not possible to change the email address associated with your account or transfer your subscription. The email address used during registration is permanently linked to your account and is required to access your profile and subscription.

👉🏻 If you wish to use a different email address to log into Remini, you will need to create a new account and start a new plan.


You can however update your email address to receive all our notices, invoices, and communications at the new address. Additionally, this new email address will be reflected on every invoice you receive for your Remini Web subscription.

If you wish to request this update, please submit your request through our website:

1. Click on My Account
2. Click on Contact us
3. Fill out the form
